I'm curious, I think of this stuff as, I guess, "woke pulp," for the lack of a better term, and, I'm trying to avoid the racism, sexism, etc. of the original recipe. If you're comfortable saying it, what nerves did it hit?
I enjoyed that short taster. Now if I only knew what a Rutabaga is, I could comment with confidence. (I caved and looked it up, we call them swede over here, love them mashed along with potatoes).
